Resource Packs
Some of these will assist you in gameplay, while others change the way karts look. You will probably want to have the Hypixel TKR pack locally installed so that these custom ones don't get overwritten.

The server resource pack from Hypixel. Download this so that you don't have to download it in-game and have it override these other packs.
